# Trials, plans and paying us

## The trial

**Every new workspace gets 14 days free and is not asked for a card.** Nothing is charged and nothing expires early. The trial is counted from when the workspace was created.

| Plan | Monthly | For |
|---|---|---|
| **Starter** | $29 | A solo operator getting organised. Up to 3 team members |
| **Pro** | $49 | A growing crew. Unlimited team members |

## Subscribing

Your plan, payment method, invoices and cancellation all live on the billing page under **Settings**. **Subscribing takes effect immediately**, so if the trial has already run out the workspace unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.

## If a payment fails

**You are not locked out the moment a card is declined.** Crewfather keeps the workspace open while the payment is retried, so an expired card is an email to deal with rather than a morning your crew cannot work.

Update the card on the billing page and the retry settles it.

Cancel from the billing page. See our [Privacy Policy](https://crewfather.com/privacy) for how long we keep your data afterwards and how to have it deleted.

## Your own invoices from us

The billing page lists the invoices we have issued you, which is where to go when your accountant asks.
