Suppliers are their own list
Suppliers is a page of its own in the left navigation, separate from your customers. A supplier is a company with its own record and its own contacts, so the rep you ring and the branch you buy from live with the supplier rather than in your customer list.
Prices with history
Against a supplier you track products and what they charge for them. A price is not a single number that gets overwritten: every change is kept with its date, so a rise is something you can see coming rather than something you discover on an invoice.
Compare across suppliers
Open a product and you get the full-screen view: every supplier who sells it, on one chart, alongside a filterable table. When two suppliers carry the same material, the chart is the answer to who has been creeping up.
Supplier prices in your quote
While building an estimate or invoice, you can pull a supplier’s current price straight into the line you are writing, so the number in your quote is the number you will actually pay.
Who sees this
Supplier prices are costs, and costs follow the money rules: owners and admins see them, team members and subcontractors do not. See what each role can see.
